One of the primary reasons for someone to file a property claim on their home is because of the sudden appearance of interior damage. Due to the many possibilities and reasons water may be entering into your home, leak sources can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint. We can help with that! Give us an opportunity to pinpoint that leak and see what your options are before making the next step. With this service, we will include all of the relevant information in our report, and include photos as well. Leak detection includes up to 3 sources of entry, including non-roof related sources. An additional fee for additional sources or time onsite may be required. If we are unable to pinpoint your leak with absolute confidence, 100% of your Leak Detection payment will immediately be reimbursed.
